Winter Nights Armband
From EastKingdomWiki
Description
The Winter Nights Armband is the prize given to the winner of the Winter Nights bardic competition event, sponsored by the East Kingdom College of Performers. It is passed from the previous event's winner to the current winner at the conclusion of the event. The current bearer of the Armband is responsible for wearing it and safeguarding it until the next Winter Nights is held and the next winner is chosen. The Winter Nights event does not happen every year. Sometimes it has been held twice in the same year, and some years not at all. The bearer of the Winter Nights Armband is not responsible for hosting the next competition, only bringing it to the next Winter Nights so that it can be passed on to the next winner.
