Ancient Identity
- The Ancient Name of our canton is Whyt Whey. The canton's founding name alludes to the "Great White Way", a nickname for the brightly-lit portions of Broadway in midtown Manhattan, while also riffing on the alternate reading of Østgarðr as "cheese farm." It was officially changed in December 2023.
- The Ancient Arms of our canton are Sable, a cockroach tergiant within a laurel wreath and on a chief embattled argent, a pomme. By the grace of the College of Arms, this blazon is reserved to the canton in perpetuity. Don't mess with us or we'll start using it again.
