Introduction

I am a proud Scribe and enthusiastic Archer with an early Irish Persona. I found the SCA in 2016 in Avonmore where I was lent a bow on my first day and lent a calligraphy pen within my first few months and have never looked back. I have sense traveled east to Ruantallan where I continue to enjoy my medieval journey.

Projects

I am scribe of the East and create scrolls for the Kingdom and my local groups. I love building a scroll from start to finish based on the tales of the recipient or the theme of an event. I find it interesting to learn about the history of a time period when researching someone's persona, it is a second hand bonus to creating scrolls and really adds to the fun.

I see much of my own garb as well as make the embellished such as tablet woven trim and belts, embroidery and basic wire jewelry.

I teach at times and have held the following classes; Quill Making Beginner Calligraphy Illumination activities for kids Illuminating a Grotesque from the Luttrell Psalter

I have a love of Maps and have created several of the Barony of Ruantallan and hope to creat a medieval Atlas of the East Kingdom as a long term project.(Likely to take years)

I am an Archery MIT in Ruantallan working with Tynan Mor as Ar n-Eilean-ne. I also am a beginner fletcher and currently ranked as a marksman on the East Kingdom archery rankings.
