Introduction
Layden Octavia Verita is a young woman who lived in Rome circa 300bce
She prefers to be referred to as Veritas.
Persona
Octavia Verita was born in the year 336 BCE in the Italian region of Abruzzo. Her father was a legionary by the name of Octavius, her mother was the daughter of an artisan named Cornelia. In the year 323 BCE Octavia found herself married to a merchant that was a friend of her Father. Her “Beloved” husband was a wine merchant named Julius. Unfortunately, their wedded “bliss” was short lived as only two years later Julius “Disappeared” sometime during his travels in 321 leaving Octavia a young widow with no children for her comfort. During her 18-month mourning period Octavia moved back into her father’s house to have the love and support of her mother nearby. At the end of the 18 months when it was expected that Octavia would remarry, she plead with her father to allow her to remain in her widowhood as she felt it in the depths of her soul that her “Darling” Julius would someday “miraculously” return to her from parts unknown. Out of love for his only child Octavius agreed that Octavia could spend the rest of her life awaiting the return of her husband. The 2nd Samnite war broke out in 326 leaving Octavia with the knowledge that it was only a matter of time until her father’s legion would be called into battle. In the year 315 Octavius left for the Battle of Claudin Forks only to return a year later with a serious injury. While healing Octavius developed an addiction to the opium that he had been taking to manage his pain levels. in 310 Octavia’s luck was out when her father was called back to his Legion for, they were going to the front lines of the Samnite War leaving his wife and daughter at home to manage his household. Octavia would hear very little about her father’s well-being for the next 10 years until on an autumn evening in 300Bce word reached Octavia and Cornelia that Octavius had been slain in battle. Cornelia was devastated by the loss of her husband and her health began to decline. Octavia was left to care for her ailing mother, but she had the support of her childhood friend Constantina who had been widowed when her son was just a child. In late 298 Cornelia lost the battle with her own body and went to the halls of her ancestors in the next life. There were still good days ahead of Octavia for in 297 Constantina’s son was wed to a beautiful young lady. Both women were proud to see such a fine young man married into the wedded bliss they so “fondly” remembered from their youthful days. As a gift Constantina moved into Octavia’s home and left her cherished son and his new bride to live in what had once been the home she and her own spouse had shared. Octavia and Constantina lived together in a manner of devoted friendship until the end of their days.

In Case of Court
i would prefer to not be informed of any awards.
If my scroll could be in latin that would be awesome but not a requirement.
I would rather not be given awards in an ethereal court.
