Nord Strand, also known as Clan of the Bucking Fuffaloes, is a household located in the North Shore region of the Canton of the Towers within the Barony of Carolingia. It was started by Lady Arabella Grant to help friends new to the SCA attend more events, and expanded to give those people living in this far flung area of Boston better access to the SCA. The group gathers for activities such as woodworking, textile arts, open fire cooking, thrown weapons, non-ferrous metal working, candle making, and period gaming. Nord Strand is a child friendly house, and strives to include our members' children in as many activities as possible.
