Traveling down the torchlit roads of camp you'll come upon it, a warm and welcoming sight. The sounds of merrymaking, singing, clinking glasses, growing louder...
Welcome, weary traveler, to Lunamel Tabernam - a honeymoon on campaign!
Household History:
Founded in 2023 by Rémy d'Pont du Corbeaux, Liisi Murrayntytär, and their merry band of friends as a place to gather, rest, and share the fruits of their labor. The tavern offers good company, and libations on tap brewed by members of the household.
Our household colors are Azure & Or, and our members may adorn themselves with chalices, moons, and/or bees.
The name of the house is a play on words, as one of our primary pursuits is mead-making. Meads are often differentiated by what goes into them, using the suffix "-mel" meaning honey. For example, a melomel is a mead made with fruit. Lunamel, therefore, is our "honeymoon" - a place and time to relax with the ones you love wherever you may be. We delight in sharing our brews with the populace, and have several members learning the craft.
The tavern is also a sworn ally to House Bloodwood, and the two households together host the Bloodmoon Bash annually at Great Northeastern War.
Ode to the Bloodmoon Bash
You see it in the distance, a warm and welcome sight.
A place to whet your whistle on this sultry summer night.
If you're looking for refreshment, come in and stay a spell.
Ev'ryone is welcome at the Tavern Lunamel.
Oh! One... Two... Three!
Count the seconds, fill the glass.
If our sweet friends are brewing it'll knock you on your ass.
Next door you'll hear a clamor, the sound of raucous fun.
Walk a bit and you will see the party's just begun.
The landsknecht mercenaries have a gauntlet now to throw.
Through games of skill and cunning may you land the winning blow.

That's your signal to attack!
The battlecry of Bloodwood: "May I hit you with my sack?"
If I have not convinced you there's not much that I can say.
You must not like to mingle and you must not like to play.
