Introduction
Leaps and Bounds, known as Leaps, was an integral part of equestrian actives in the East during his lifetime.
History
Mistress Eleanor fitzPatrick acquired Leaps in 2001. After a rocky first year Leaps took to medieval games with enthusiasm, carrying Eleanor to many victories, including Sixth King's Champion of Horse at King's and Queen's Equestrian Champions in 2003. Leaps was widely traveled, not only around the kingdom but around the Knowne World. He represented the East at Gulf Wars in Meridies two separate years. In his later years while Eleanor was preoccupied with her young children, Leaps was ridden in competition by Lillian Stanhope and also Alanna of Skye, carrying Alanna to victory as the Tenth King's Champion of Horse at King's and Queen's Equestrian Champions in 2007.
He was sadly lost to colic in December of 2009. He will never be forgotten.
