Madame Julianne (pronounced and frequently spelled "Juliana") is a fencer based in Carolingia and can be found at Carolingia and Quintavia rapier practices almost every week, as well as nearly any event to which she can arrange transport. She is interested in almost everything done in the SCA even if she knows relatively little about it.

Julianne le Rat is the second child of minor nobility from Picardy in France in the late 16th century who has left home in search of adventure.
