Introduction
Well Hello There! I am Jakob Agnarsson. (Pronounced Yah-cub Ag-narr-son) I joined the SCA in February of 2020 when I showed up one night to fencing practice and decided to stay! I tend to be a bit of a Jack of all trades with interests in fencing, archery, thrown weapons, A&S, and potentially heavy as well.
I currently reside in the amazing Shire of Hartshorn-dale. You can usually find me at Hartshorn-dale's fencing practice, online during one of our A&S nights, or running around like a chicken without a head trying to juggle ten different projects at once...
Persona
Jakob Agnarsson, only son of Jarl Agnar Eriksson. Born March 7th 1563 in Reykjavík, Iceland. Due to debts that could not be repaid and economic hardship, Jakob was taken from his homeland and family to serve in the court of King Fredrick II of Denmark, in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1573 at the ripe age of 10. He was to live out his childhood with one of the Dukes in Fredrick’s service, and through courtly schooling and training, learned the art of fencing and proceeded to fence his way through most situations. (Most of said situations were him defending his honor from jerks calling him a filthy barbarian because he’s Icelandic). In 1588 his time in Frederick II’s court came to an end with the death of the king, and with it came his freedom.

Jakob loves surprises! However, he does need to know if he should wear something nice to court. Please contact Orso Luca di la Licata or James O'Galleghure of Tyr Connal they'll make sure he's where he needs to be and running around in something other than his fencing gear and knows what to do.
