Persona
Isabella is a person who believes what she does is an art and a service. She studies recipes from many cultures and time lines. She believes that EVERYONE deserves a seat at her table. To that end, Isabella strives passionately to make that happen, by creating dishes for day boards and feasts that range from the traditional recipe to finding work around in a historic recipe to meet a food related allergy, yet still keeping that food within SCA timeline by supplanting other period ingredients. When Not in charge of a food service, Isabella and the Household she has with her Husband Master Christoffel , run a Tavern where they can often be found still feeding people along with brews they have made. She teaches as often as she can and loves to share and exchange knowledge
