Introduction
I've been a part of the SCA since attending my first Pennsic, Pennsic 46. Shortly after, I started archery and thrown weapons, claiming the title of Thrown Weapons Champion of Østgarðr at Barleycorn in 2022. I've found many hobbies I enjoy such as leatherworking, scroll illumination, and brewing abominations that should not exist such as Peep Wine and Candy Corn Wine.
Persona
Finnólfr was born in Viking Northumbria in the late 890's, but fought to reclaim Dubh Linn with his father and the other Norse-Gaels led by Sihtric ua Ímair. He then participated in raids on local monasteries to establish himself in his own right. Finnólfr met and married an Irish woman, Meadhbh Inghean Eion, and worked as a fisherman and trader. Finnólfr joined raids within the Mediterranean, often bringing back clothing and jewels for his wife as gifts.
