Introduction

Elaria Grenway, Shannon Rooney mundanely (she/her/hers), has always been drawn to medieval history, and finally dove in to the SCA at GNEW XXVIII. She camps at GNEW with Magnus de Rhuddlan et Orkneyjar (Paul Ridlon), Tiffan Fairamay (Sylvan Thorncraft), husband Kevin, and other dear ones. You can usually find her GNEW campsite adjacent to Haus Wanderstamm, and she loves to ply her neighbors and visitors with tasty treats. She is looking to find avenues to be of service, particularly in matters of feasting and gardening.

Elaria Grenway hails from late 14th century Whyccheford, England, though her family spent time in Wales for a bit. She lost her mother and father to the Black Death, and took on the running of her family estate. During the plague years, she depended on her forestry and gardening skills to stay fed and healthy, often subsisting on wild foods. She loves to dance, practice with her longbow, garden, forage, sing, cook delicious meals for her guests, and follow where her curiosity leads her.
