Hello! My name is Eithne. I cook, dabble in experimental food archaeology, make cheese, and often help in the kitchen! I am apprenticed to Eleanore MacCarthaigh, and am a proud member of the Barony of Bergental. I love to teach and share what I am learning. I squeak and bounce when I'm excited and/or surprised.
