The Kingdom of the East is the 2nd Kingdom in the Society for Creative Anachronism. A subject of the East is known as an "Easterner".
When established, the Kingdom consisted of all lands east of the Mississippi. Currently, the Kingdom encompasses the territory in the northeastern US and Canada.

The East Kingdom herald is titled "Brigantia Principal Herald" who oversees the work of field, court, protocol, and book heralds in the East Kingdom. For more information: East Kingdom College of Heralds
The Kingdom has several coats of arms registered for the use of the King, Queen, Prince and Princess.

They may also be used on Kingdom regalia specific to the King or regalia general to the kingdom.
|The Queen's arms, Purpure, an Eastern Crown within a wreath of roses Or, barbed vert seeded gules, may be worn by the Queen and by her heraldic officers, should she have any. They may also be used on Kingdom regalia specific to the Queen.
|The Prince's arms, Purpure, an Eastern Crown and in chief a label Or, may be worn by the Prince and by his heraldic officers, should he have any. They may also be used on Kingdom regalia specific to the Prince.
|The Princess's arms, Purpure, an Eastern Crown and on a chief Or three roses purpure', may be worn by the Princess and by her heraldic officers, should she have any. They may also be used on Kingdom regalia specific to the Princess.
|The kingdom has registered "(Fieldless) A tyger passant azure" for the use of the populace.
This tyger is known by the nickname "Sparky", and has become something of a kingdom mascot.
