Introduction

THL Amée le Mort (formerly Callaigh of Ravensbridge)

My first event was the Great North Eastern War in the mundane year 2002, when a close friend suggested I needed a break from the real world. It took a few years to learn that there was more to the SCA than just GNEW. Much of my SCA life has involved assisting others with their dream, whether it be chasing after family members or housemates on the rapier, archery, and youth fighting fields, or sharing my knowledge in front of a class. I find joy in helping others to see what they can do in this great society.

I portray a woman from Ireland in approximately 1250. My husband and I run an Inn known as the House of the Knot and Snake (House Knotty Snake). We feed and board anyone that may need us, whether it be for a meal, a night, or long term.
