Introduction

Alger (Aljer von Zay-If) has been involved with the SCA since 2019; his daughter was roped in by the demo booth at the Sparta (NJ) RenFaire run by the Shire of Rusted Woodlands, and he followed soon after. He resides in the Barony of Settmour Swamp.

Alger's interests include fencing, archery, and scribal arts. He started attending events in September 2019; began SCA archery in Settmour Swamp in November 2019, and rapier in Rusted Woodlands in April 2021. His current archery rank is Marksman.

His daughter is Agatha von Aachen.

Persona

Alger is working on his persona. So far it's pretty similar to his mundane persona, but is having more fun in general.
