Alexendre was born in Spain in 1322 to Spanish\Moorish Parents...he left Spain to fight alongside the forces of the Ottoman Empire in an attempt to take Control of Jerusalem... During this time he became lost in the Holy City...finally to be recruited into the Knights of Jerusalem.....after spending a number of years standing alongside his brothers...he left to join Caravans traveling the spice roads as security...at one point he was in Italy and joined sir John Hawkwood and his Mercenary unit....the unit was in Orlienz Spain where he decided to settle... finding his own joy in the tournament circuit

Tygr Fit August 2020 to Present During the Quarantine period for COVID it was discussed on the Unbelts Page that there should be something we can do to stay fit during this lockdown. In the mundane world I am a certified Personal Trainer....using my skill set. i looked at creating a fitness program that could be used...a good friend Mike Craig suggested doing a Zoom. A facebook live was added. Tygr Fit was born a 20 to 25 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The challenge of Creating and maintaining a unique variety of Workouts that meet a varied level of experience and physical limitations has brought so much joy for me....THANK TO EVERYONE THAT HAS PARTICIPATED...you brought so much joy to my life
