Hi Vika - For the established dates we use the date when the group is recognized by the BOD. Before that they are officially incipient, though they will have officers and be submitting their name and device. Everything must be in place for a while before they can be recognized. It you'd like to add some background on the early history of the group, such as when they started forming, that would be welcome. --Wolffauer (talk) 09:12, 30 March 2018 (EDT)
