Introduction
Tiberius joined the SCA while in college at SUNY Potsdam in the Shire of the Northern Outpost in 2003 after accidentally finding a fight practice while getting dinner. He fell in love with it instantly.
Persona
A Roman centurion in the I Italic legion during the late 1st-early 2nd century, and continuing that legion's penchant for having soldiers over 6 feet tall.
Born in Pisa, 73 AD, He joined the legions as soon as he was of age to get away from the port. His father, a fisherman turned navy sailor, died in service to the emperor when his ship was lost in a storm during the invasion of Caledonia. His mother still works at the tavern she bought with their savings.
Sent to Novae, in the Moesia Province, he trained with the I Italic. Sent with the legion to Dacia during the first Dacian war, he was promoted to the centurionate after the Second Battle of Tapae, for taking the initiative and leading his century after his Centurion was wounded and Optio killed.
He has survived 17 of his 25 year stint and has loved every minute of it.
