Introduction

Lady Tegwen ferch Cydifor ap Bleddyd is a member of Clann O'Choda and Sept House Ardubrath. She has been part of the Society for twenty-nine years, since the small age of four. Her mother is Lady Siobhan inSceith Girr, and her father Lord Etienne LeNoir, all from the Barony of Stonemarche. In Tegwen's first year in the society, she won second place in a bardic on account of being particularly small and full of chutzpah.

She is skilled in hair design, multiple fiber arts, herbal remedies, and some basic seamstress work, though mostly so that she can repair the legions of damaged pants after any given Pennsic. She teaches and offers tutorials on persona hair designs at Pennsic and other events.
