The King's Cypher is given by the King to recognize those subjects of the East Kingdom who have distinguished themselves by providing exceptional service to the King. Token/Regalia

The recipients of this award will be entitled to either a scroll proclaiming their meritorious services or a personal token of the King bearing the Cypher, which is the King's initial together with an "R".
