Introduction
I am Lord Sojourner.
I've been around the SCA for a quite a long time, with activity varying. These days I'm mostly known for being active in archery, but most of my enjoyment comes from trying new things, which I do with great regularity.
Persona
Haarlem is a place you meet the world, although perhaps not as much so as Amsterdam (which is a couple of hours or so walk to the east).
Offices & Positions
Currently Captain of Archers in the Shire of Quintavia and Archery Champion of the Barony of Carolingia.
Seneschal of Trollhaven (a now defunct canton of the Barony of the Bridge) - about three years in the mid-1980s.
Event Staff
Rarely.
You will often find me in a kitchen or on an archery field. Occasionally with an official position, but usually not.
In Case of Court
In general, I don't care. Tell me ahead of time or not, I'll be fine either way. If you tell my wife, she'll probably (try to) make sure I'm dressed nicely.
Mostly, though, I don't expect awards. After getting Arms, awards are for achievements in specific areas, which I don't generally have. But that's fine, because I learn something completely new with great regularity.
