Introduction

Lord Rodrigo Medina de la Mar is the household Fighter for House Weissraben. He was introduced to fencing down in the Kingdom of Trimaris in the Barony of Wyvernwood. It was there he had the (mis)fortune of meeting Davius Saint-Jacques. Through gentle persuasion from Brigitte Weissraben, and Davius’ “Guidance”, Rodrigo found himself in the Shire of Quintavia early in the year 2015 where he resides to this day.

Persona

Rodrigo is the younger son of a Spanish merchant family working out of Venice. Born the 7th son, all knew he would be afforded nothing, and would only live to cause trouble wherever his idle hands may rest. Seeking to rid himself of a Rodrigo-sized problem, his Father sent him north to seal relations between his family business and that of Julian Weissraben's, and while he dislikes the cold northern climate, he loves Julian's daughter Brigitte, and thus is willing to stay in chilly Nuremburg.

Rodrigo is interested very much in the fine art of La Verdadera Destreza, known as “The True Art” in the common tongue, and many of the different forms contained within the framework of Spanish fence.

I am often distracted and forget to attend court without someone demanding my presence beforehand.
