I am terribly camera-shy and generally hate having my photo taken, if that's not made obvious by the lack of profile picture above. I realize that is both incredibly ironic ''and'' largely unavoidable, given that I tend to spend my time at events shouting out the text of scrolls being awarded to deserving gentles that would probably like this wonderful moment to be recorded for posterity! That said, I would deeply appreciate being asked about being tagged in those pictures if you plan to post them on social media and even moreso about having my photograph taken outside of court, where there is far less likely to be a fancy chair or an honored noble for me to duck behind.
