THL Padraig O'Riein started in October, 1982 in the Canton of Fennbrydg in the Barony Beyond the Mountain, and currently resides in the Crown Lands, mundanely Southwestern Vermont.


Padraig O'Riein is a Norse Irishman, who took coin and lands of Brian Boru. In his younger days, he served in Constantinople as a member of the Varangian Guard. Currently, he resides on and manages his estates, assisted by his wife. Lady Muirgheall O'Riein.

Together, they lead Clan O'Riein, a household that specializes in arts and in service.

He is a protégé of Master Liam St. Liam, and an apprentice of Mistress Brid nic Shéarlais. Originally squired to Viscount Sir Karl von Sussen, since the viscount's retirement he is squired to Sir Alex de Hauteville.
