Introduction
Matilda has been playing in Carolingia since at least 1997. She was part of the Carolingia Buffins team until injury sidelined her from dancing and drove her into the ranks of the musicians. Her main instrument at the moment is bass viol; secondary instruments are recorder and random percussion. She often has a lucet and cord in her impedimenta (ask if you need a piece of string!) and has been known to wash a few dishes for fun.
