Marx Grob von Appenzell
Society of Creative Anachronism Persona of Mark Grob, Marx Grob von Applenzell is a persona of the 1380-1450 AD period. Swiss by culture, learning to make period-style armor, clothing, and study of period combat in the society. This persona is strictly to help focus my studies. I am Squire to Jeff Mann (Sir Geoffrey FitzGalen) a Master Armorer (squired in 90's, then re-squired after return to SCA). Currently not squire, Knight not as active... not active in Heavy much anymore. Find me on the Rapier Lists instead.
I am a very active in our local Fighters Guild and managing/starting our local group. I have been in the SCA since 1993, I took a few years off after 2000 to start a career and then a family. I restarted back in the SCA in 2010-2011.

In regards to Awards: I like surprises, but my family is not active in society so my active status is highly scheduled. Hate to have a surprise but I do not show.
