Mark of Bhakail/Populace page

If you are a new user of this site and accustomed to Wikipedia or other wikis that use MediaWiki software, you may be puzzled by the term "populace page". It's simply the East Kingdom Wiki's version of a User page. Every User page is created as a redirect to a page of the same name in the category.

Suppose there is a new user, Alfred e'Neumann. There will be a new page User:Alfred e'Neumann, but it will redirect to Alfred e'Neumann. The latter page, created with Template:Populace, will contain a link to Template talk:Populace, which will show him the appropriate layout for the page, with plenty of links for his guidance.
