Persona
Lahbruinn MacMhichiel (spl: MacMickeal)
Lahbruinn is a lowland Celt of mixed breeding in the 13th century. His father was a Scot of the MacMhichiel clan, a branch of the Stewart clan not of royal birth. Mother was a Celt of Irish ancestry. At a young age he was one of a party of boys sold to a conquering Briton Knight, who in turn gave him over to a baroness, as part of a dowry, for laborious tasks. While doing his duties, he watched and studied the cooks and master chef, along with the high seamtress of the house. He was soon to become an apprentice for he had shown promise in both the kitchen and with cloth.
