Ladies of the Rose Tokens

From EastKingdomWiki

Introduction

It has become tradition that the Ladies of the Rose present at the major combat tournaments each bestow upon a token (sometimes more than one) upon a gentle who has inspired them during the day. Usually, the Queen will call the assembled Roses into court after the tournament champions have been announced and each will call forth the person to whom they give their token and state before the Court and Populace their reasons for bestowing their token.

Tokens are traditionally given at the following events:

  • Crown Tournament
  • King and Queen's Rattan Championship
  • King and Queen's Rapier Tournament
