== Introduction ==
Lord Ioustinianos Spatharios tou Oxeos Dromou, known as Justinian, joined the SCA at the young age of 7 by way of his parents and has been a voice herald since approximately 2014 starting at age 13. Names he was formerly known by include Justinius Alexander Eternus and Justinius the Quick. Born into House VDK, Justinian is also a member of House Silver Wing by way of his Pelican Ulric von der Insel.

== Persona ==
Born in Dalmatia in the 590s, the first important event in Justinian's life was at the age of 15 when his parents sent him off to become the protégé of Baroness Suba al-Hadid, who taught him how to be a herald. Justinian heralded lists and courts at several events, but had to briefly pause for his studies and because of the plague. After the plague, Suba had stepped back from public life, so with her blessing he traveled north and became the protégé of Meister Ulric von der Insel and is now learning much of the protocol of courts, and the rules of heraldry and names. During his travels and from observing those who raised him, Justinian started taking an interest in fencing and is currently building a kit to begin practicing with.

Please contact Baroness Sabina Luttrell or Baron Fergus Redmead in case Justinian needs to appear in court, as he lives with them and they are both easier to reach. Surprises are preferred but not required.
