Introduction
I am Gaston LeCordier (He/Him), My home is in the far northern reaches of the East kingdom in Ruantallan ( Nova Scotia, Canada ) Since December 2013.
I was a member of The Crimson Company and runner in "Runs with scissors" team at Pennsic and GNEW. Squired to Sir Spurius Genucius Rutilus, who was Squired to Sir Gareth Grey de Wilton.
I focus my time in the SCA on recruitment and retainment of newcomers as a previous Chatelaine and current knightmarshal. My SCA philosophy is that the organization as a whole has the power to improve people's lives and well being through roleplay, education and recreation. It's my desire to provide to others the benefits I have received through the SCA by building and sustaining the best version of it self locally as possible.
In April 2019 while participating/ setting up a SCA demo at a convention I was injured and unable to participate further in Heavy fighting for several years. Again August 2022 while fighting at an event, suffered a herniated disc in the cervical area and thus is currently on hiatus for heavy list combat.
