Edward Talbot is a 11th century Englishman living along the borders of Northumberland, England and Scotland. Being born the second son of his family, it was his duty to protect the lands. To this end, Edward studies the martial arts of swords and spears. He also takes the time to study his linage, drawing inspiration from his Norman ancestors in both his daily garb and armaments.

-Edward Talbot was born in August 1283 to the daughter of a wealthy Irish merchant and a Scottish traveler. His father never knew of Edward until much later in his life. Edward spent years searching for him having only the knowledge he was heading toward mainland Europe and that he was part of clan Wallace. To facilitate and fund his travels, Edward set sail with a small band of privateers where he learned to fight using thinner blades among other skills. When not at sea, Edward would most commonly be the first to give assistance where needed and always in the background, rarely taking credit for anything.
