Introduction

Drake Oranwood joined the SCA from 1991-1993, then drifted away. He dove back in fully starting in 2011, after having attended a few Pennsics and other events with his wife. Really, once he wrote his first bardic song in 2004, though, it was probably inevitable. He resides in the Shire of Rusted Woodlands, but is often found playing in the Barony of Concordia of the Snows among their bardic community. Drake is currently a student of Mistress Sofia "Zsof" Tyzes of the Midrealm, and studied previously under Maistre Lucien de Pontivy of the East Kingdom.

Persona

Drake Oranwood is an English minstrel living during the Tudor era. He has spent time in Scotland, where he became enamored of tales of the Fae, as well as the Continent. He is usually seen in the company of his wife, Lady Jessa de Hunteleghe, and their son, Spencer Oranwood.
