Colin just recently (June 2012) moved to the Canton of Towers within the Barony of Carolingia in the East Kingdom. He has been active in the SCA in Carolingia since 1986 having started out in the Borough of Fenmere, Barony of Carolingia.


Colin's primary SCA activity is Archery, but he has been known to do some Fencing and Brewing.


Colin is a former Yeoman to Master Li Kung Lo, having "graduated" with honors.

  • Steward (Keeper of the Stuff) for Carolingia (from 1993 to 1997, and ~2012-2016)
  • Former Co-chronicler for the combined newsletter of Carolingia and its Canton of Towers (The Miniscule and The Oubliette)
  • Former Assistant Provost for the Borough of Fenmere (Brandeis) about 1990
  • Served as a Stretcher Bearer on Li Kung Lo's chirurgical team for the Pennsic Woods Battle for several years
  • Became Deputy Captain General of the Archers of the East Kingdom in 2015
  • Became Captain General of the Archers of the East Kingdom on June 16 2018 at King's and Queen's Archery Champions and Iron Bog Investiture
