Catháin is a sometime fencer, middle eastern dancer, brewer, and equestrian. She is also a member of Keepers of Athena's Thimble, and enjoys crafting in various forms.

Catháin is an archery student of Master Li Kung Lo, and was a member of the East Kingdom Archery Champions Team at Pennsic in 2014 and 2015.
