Brewing projects separated by broad time period and/or specific century. Generally, date ranges are based on broad categorizations of European history (though are not totally accurate or inclusive of all definitions of these time periods). This is simply for convenience and is not an effort to keep out non-European work.

Antiquarian: pre-5th century CE (includes Archaic, Classical Antiquity, and Late Antiquity, and all of prehistory)

Early Middle Ages: ~5th to 10th century CE

High Middle Ages: ~10th to 13th century CE

Late Middle Ages: ~14th and 15th century CE

Renaissance: ~15th to ~17th century CE

Early Modern: solidly 17th century

Current Middle Ages: SCA-appropriate beverages without a specific time period
