Brego is an active heavy fighter in the north of the East Kingdom, where he is working to raise the local fyrd. In the guise of his previous persona, William of Arathain, he fenced regularly in Drachenwald, in the Shire of Caer Caledon. Since then, he found his way back to the Society in the East Kingdom in 2010, and into heavy combat.
Bregowine began in the SCA in Drachenvaed in 1999 where he spent four years as an enthusiastic fencer under the guide of one "William of Arathain." He returned to the society in 2011 where he revealed his true identity as tenth century saxon with a passion for heavy combat, history, and ponies. When he isn't bust being Duke Sir Edward Grey's man-at-arms, Bregowine teaches classes related to mounted hunting and/or the anglo-saxon period, and fences.

Special interests include: early period history, and all things equestrian; Mundanely he enjoys foxchasing and polo.
