Lord Bróccín MacIvyr (he/him) (Also known Brochmail de Anglespur) started in the SCA in 1992 in the Shire of Anglespur. He moved to the Kingdom of the Middle in 1997 and returned to the East Kingdom in 1999. In 2003 he was announced as Lord Broch of Anglespur, and in 2009 he was made a Companion of the Burdened Tyger following a snow-delayed Twelfth Night for which he served as Head Cook. In 2015 he received the Queen's Award of Esteem and the Queen's Order of Courtesy at the Tourney of the Daffodils.


Lord Bróccín is a blacksmith, pewterer, cook, and archer with skill in many other trades. He calls parts of Wales and Scotland home, and roams widely in his bright wagons.


  • Hosted an archery practice in his backyard from 2006 through 2012.
  • Overall winner of the Østgarðr champions archery shoot in 2021.
  • Member of the Eastern Archery Champions team at Pennsic XLIX (49).
  • Marshal since September of 2022.
  • Awarded Apollo's Arrow in September of 2022.
