In 2009, she had officially retired from the scribal arts, having sold off many of her books and materials to some of the newer scribes in the East Kingdom College of Scribes, and in September 2013, it was announced that she had sadly passed away from cancer. Her legacy lives on as one of the many contributors to the East Kingdom College of Scribes Handbook who is thanked at each revision published to this day.
She is currently living in the Kingdom of Æthelmearc and is the Arts and Science and Youth Martial Arts editor for the Æthelmearc Gazette.
