Andreiko Eferiev was an apprentice tailor good with numbers who fled the excesses of Ivan the Terrible's Russia in 1571 and found himself in the Kingdom of the East in AS LXII. He has since served the Kingdom as a Minister of the Lists and as a retainer to Brenwen I and Konrad I, Alethea Eastriding, Edward and Marguerite, and hosted The Feast of Divine Proportions while in sojourn in Venice in 1509.
