Introduction
Since 2011, I have learned a great deal about food and cooking throughout history. I enjoy working in the feast kitchen as well as planning the menu. I enjoy researching recipes. I especially enjoy researching period preserves and making them in the modern kitchen. In addition to food, I also enjoy shooting and volunteering/marshaling on the archery range
