Civic persona: Þóra Sharptooth discovered the SCA in the Shire of Nydderdwhee, Kingdom of Atenveldt (now the Shire of Glaedenfeld, Kingdom of Meridies), in A.S. IX. Since A.S. XIII she has been a subject of the East Kingdom in the Shire of Frosted Hills. She has been a Viking since A.S. XX. She was apprenticed to Master Huginn Hrothgeirsson and is a third-generation research Laurel in the feudal line of Merowald de Sylveaston. She is a thegn of the court of Thorvald and Svava. She is a founding member of House Truestring and currently has one apprentice, Lady Oksana Goncharova who currently resides in the Barony of Bjornsborg, Ansteorra. She is a charter member of the Worshipful Company of Narrowworkers of the East Kingdom.
Historic persona: Þóra Sharptooth lives on a small stead not far outside the bustling, smelly city of Jorvík (York) in the Danelaw. The year is 950, and Eirikr Blodax is in charge.
