Introduction

Minstrel Krampf is a musician in Carolingia. He plays bagpipes and other wind instruments.

Minstrel Krampf is a medieval music enthusiast. He is completely self-taught and does not read music (very well). He loves encouraging others to play more authentic period music on more period instruments. He wishes to encourage more people to go beyond plastic recorders, and invest in authentic instruments. He often vends inexpensive instruemnts at events.

He loves to jam with other people, and the following list of instruments is here to let people know what he has, in order to better prepare for jamming or guest musician invitations at events.

Some Time around 2005, Minstrel Krampf formed the band Diabolis In Musica, a Medieval band that has played at many East Kingdom events, and also at Renaissance festivals in New England. The band contains both SCA Members as well as non-members. The band will do most SCA events for admission and feast.
